the hotel and the room was very comfortable. There was a small kitchen with all you need ! The decoration of the room was very nice
The parking is 15 CAD for one night
It was very cosy.
The only slight issue is that the pool and hot tub are not located in the main hotel, and there are no changing rooms when you arrive at the location where they are, so we had to change in a gym toilet, then walk outside with all of our possessions to the pool!
The front desk employee was amazing! He sent us in the right direction to go eat and the best bars to go to!
The bathroom was small!
Very central to Whistler village for a quick break
The location was great, in the middle of the Village. The room was very good sized with a functional bathroom.
The room was lovely and spacious, clean with many extra facilities we were not expecting ( kitchenette)
Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable and decor was nice.
Room was said to have a "kitchen", but had no microwave and only a mini fridge which could barely hold all our food and beers. -Our room wasnt ready to check into until 4pm! What kind of hotel has a 4pm check in time? -Hotel elevator was broken the first day, but the staff was kind of rude about it -you had to pay for wifi -the pool was at a different hotel
Location: inside Wistlers town centre and not located close to noisy late evening cafe's or restaurants. Good value for money.
the location was good, the room was comfortable, the air conditioner was very good as the outside temperature was above 31 deg. C, that made human comforts pleasant. The TV was modern and the selection of programming was good.
When making a reservation, parking costs, internet fees and condiments were not mentioned as extra costs. I was surprised when the final bill was calculated. I did not like the price of the room when the parking fees were added, also the internet as a complimentary should have been available. That was not mentioned on your website when making the booking. The charging for the internet today is not good business sense. I had no choice to pay the parking fees because if I didn't pay, I would be without accommodation that night because I had no where to park my car. I did not like being force to pay as I needed to park my vehicle regardless. The room was difficult to find as the room number direction was not indicated. The street outside of our 2nd story room was noisy in the early hours of the morning and left us restless.
The staff were friendly and the location was excellent.
Breakfast was not served till late and the check out time was way too early. Whistler is a party town and many like to sleep in rather than get up and check out at 11. You should make it around 1 or 2.
It was a very nice hotel with a prime location for the village activites
I would just like to mention that the online photos were misleading in that they gave me the impression the rooms were much smaller than I actually found them to be. Very comfortable.
Ideal location, right in the centre of the village. Excellent price, rooms were really modern, immaculate and luxurious. All staff very helpful.
Fireplace was a nice touch
Room was too cold and wasn't as clean as I'd expect.
Great hotel - stayed at a Queen loft room and it was great. Very cozy.
20 dollars per night for parking!!!!!
